Sorry folks, I've just realised that I haven't written a post since October and had every intention of doing at least one a week - not a good start was it!
Life has been pretty busy for me over the last few months, although I'm not about to start reeling off excuses as to why I haven't been blogging because lets face it you don't need to hear it! Anyway, I just thought I'd publish a quick entry to let you know I'm still around and the blog idea definitely hasn't died a death.
I've got quite a few new clients on board since October so am now tweeting and Facebooking about everything from holiday apartments to bespoke closets and meerkat toys of all things! The variety of what I do is so interesting and means I never get bored - life is about keeping things fresh, don't you think? I've also been working on a new project with my Dad and Brother which again is internet marketing related and has kicked off to a flying start, so all smiles in time for Christmas! Today I've just written an article for Reynard City about how female characters are portrayed in comics, which was really fun and brought back my university days of studying Media. Reynard City, if you don't know are an online comic who are trying to push the name out there and get funding for a cartoon to be produced so give them a look and let any cartoon / comic fans know about them if you can - they're a great bunch and would really appreciate it!
So on to the subject of this post - Christmas creeping up on us! I seriously cannot believe that we are less than two weeks away from Christmas and so close to 2011!! Surprisingly enough I'm actually pretty organised for Christmas and have done all of the Christmas shopping, just waiting for a few deliveries which have been held up due to the snow around the country - fingers crossed it all arrives by next week! I am a huge Christmas fan and am super excited now that our tree is up and I've already had a few festive get togethers with different groups of friends and family to start the celebrations early.
Have a good lead up to the big day everyone and I'll try and write again next week before Christmas and then again the week after, when I'm about a stone heavier! ;-)
